Change the story (Charities)

When do I get to choose the cause to send the donation to? Every garment comes with a change the story card that holds the value of the donation (25% of the net profit).  When you receive your items, visit our website, enter the scratch off code exactly as it appears on the card, and choose the cause you wish to support.

How are you accountable to your partner charities?
We have an open book policy with all of our partner charities.  We have complete transparency with our financials and update these charities regularly on our fund-raising efforts and achievements.  We are also personally involved in all three charities and have developed strong relationships with key leaders of these programs.

When are donations allocated?Donations are distributed on a Annual Basis (donations are distributed once a year in April for the previous calendar year of Jan 1st - Dec 31st).

What happens to the donation if I do not redeem my "change the story card"? We want you to have the opportunity to choose the cause to support with your donation, but not to worry.  If you don't redeem your card, the full value of the donation will be distributed across all 3 causes.

Is the donation a factor of Net or Gross Profit?Donations will be allocated at 25% of the Net Profit for each year.

What if you are not profitable for a given year?In the case of being un-profitable for any given year, we have set a minimum donation of $1.00 per garment sold.

GeneralAre purchases on everafterclothing.com tax free? Currently, sales tax will only apply to orders shipping within the state of Florida.

Can I get a catalog?At this time, we do not have a catalog available. If you would like to receive email updates for special promotions and new product, please subscribe by entering your email in the "subscribe" field at the bottom right corner of this page.

What happens if an item is on backorder?If you order a backordered item, we will ship it to you as soon as we receive the item into inventory. If you have multiple backordered items, these will not ship until all have been received into stock.

When will my backordered items be in stock? The date associated with your backorder is indicated in the In-Stock field in your Shopping Bag, which can be seen during checkout or by clicking Shopping Bag. These dates are subject to change.

How can I view a current order status? If you registered for an account with us when you placed your order, your account page will include your order status along with other information about your account.

How can I cancel or change my order?If you'd like to cancel or change your order, please email us at customerservice@everafterclothing.com as soon as possible. We'll do everything we can to accommodate your request. However, our order-fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently. Therefore, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has entered our shipping process.

How can I make sure my order went through? Once you successfully place an order, you will view a receipt page. On this page will be your order confirmation number. If you do not see a receipt page after submitting your order, your order has not been placed. A copy of your receipt will also be emailed to the email address that you specified on your order. You will receive this email typically between 1-6 hours after placing your order.

ReturnsWhat is your return policy?We want you to love our product, but if you don’t we’ll gladly accept a return and refund your money. Ever/after accepts online returns of unworn/unwashed merchandise with original tags attached and intact within 30 days of the date of purchase. If you return an item that does not meet ALL 3 criteria, the return will be denied. Denied returns will not receive a refund and will be forfeited.

We recommend you use priority mail or a carrier that provides tracking and insurance, as ever/after is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments.

Any ever/after merchandise purchased from other retailers (including department stores and boutiques) must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased and is subject to their return policy.

How long does the whole return process take?It takes 5-10 business days from the time we receive your return to process it. If the credit is being credited to a credit card, it may take an additional 5-10 business days to show-up on your credit card.

How can I make an exchange?If you’d like to exchange an item in your order, no problem! You are responsible for the shipping costs of the items you’re exchanging, but we’ll be happy to cover the cost of sending your requested replacement to you. Return the unwanted items along with the completed return form (Online Exchange/Return Form).  We suggest you use priority mail or a carrier that provides tracking and insurance, as ever/after is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments.

I received an item that I did not order or that is damaged, what should I do?We pride ourselves on the premium quality of our product so if we made a mistake by sending the wrong item or a defective item, we want to make it right. Please email Customer Service at customerservice@everafterclothing.com. We will email you a shipping label to have the damaged item returned to us. Not to worry, we will send you a new item right away.

Do I have to sign for my shipment when it arrives?We do not require signature for residential deliveries.

ProductsWhat are washing instructions for your garments?All of our clothing should be washed in cold water and tumbled dry on low – you will find these washing instructions listed on the garment tag. If a garment requires special washing, this info will be listed in the item’s description in our online store as well as on the garment tag.

How do your sizes work? Click here to review our size chart for average height and weight in each size range.

Should I expect any shrinkage?All of our garments are pre-shrunk in a special finishing wash. As with all jersey garments, however, they may shrink a little in the wash and stretch minimally during wear.

What kind of fabrics do you use?We only use the most premium fabrics available on the market. We design all of our casual jersey styles in the softest Pima Cotton available.

Is your cotton certified organic?Anything in our line stating it is 100% Organic Cotton is certified organic cotton.

Gift CardsHow do I order a gift card? We do not offer gift cards at this time.
