Returns and Exchanges:


ReturnsWe want you to love our product, but if you don’t we’ll gladly accept a return and refund your money.  ever/after accepts online returns of unworn/unwashed merchandise with original tags attached and intact within 30 days of the date of purchase.  If you return an item that does not meet ALL 3 criteria, the return will be denied.  Denied returns will not receive a refund and will be forfeited.  Print an Online Exchange/Return Form to include with the merchandise you are returning.

We recommend you use priority mail or a carrier that provides tracking and insurance, as ever/after is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments.

Any ever/after merchandise purchased from other retailers (including department stores and boutiques) must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased and is subject to their return policy.  

It takes 5-10 business days from the time we receive your return to process it. If the credit is being credited to a credit card, it may take an additional 5-10 business days to show-up on your credit card.  

ExchangesIf you’d like to exchange an item in your order, no problem!  You are responsible for the shipping costs of the items you’re exchanging, but we’ll be happy to cover the cost of sending your requested replacement to you.  Return the unwanted items along with the completed return form (Online Exchange/Return Form). Quick ExchangeIf you need your exchange made in a hurry, we would be happy to expedite the process for you.  Please email us at customerservice@everafterclothing.com  and we’ll start processing your exchange that day.  We’ll order and charge you for the new merchandise, waive your shipping fees and send it out immediately.  While you wait for your new order, send the original merchandise back to us and we’ll credit your account the purchase price of the item you’re returning once we receive the package.
